Once you fill out this quick Pre-Qual Intake Form you should receive an email with two links. The first link is to apply on our Bold Mortgage Application page. There you will complete the initial application and upload your paystubs (30 days), bank statements (2 mo), w2's and or tax returns (2 years) and drivers license. The second link is your scheduling link to meet with your loan officer and discuss your loan status and put together a gameplan for helping your get approved for your new mortgage.
