How It Works

You introduce any real estate agents that you know to the Bold Mortgage Legacy Team

Your agents join as Business Development Specialists and earn 50 bps on their own referrals

You earn 25 bps on every funded loan that comes from the agents you introduced

Note that your agents earn more per deal than you do. This isn't a downline — it's a recommendation that pays your people first.
